Rudy Arnauts – Founder
Originally from Belgium, grew up in Singapore attending a high school with 56 nationalities which offered an international perspective early on. Serial entrepreneur for 25 years with experience in a wide range of real estate investment. Successfully completed his first multimillion dollar development by age 29. Master’s degree in Economics.
Bryan Roberts – Founder
General Contractor with expertise in sustainable construction and permaculture design that dates back to his childhood. Growing up on a farm in Tennessee learned how to build off grid infrastructure well before it became the “green thing” to do. Bryan’s innovations in cost effective construction technology are the foundation for all our real estate projects and real estate development is the foundation of proof of the Campus TV business model in action. Obtained multiple innovative use permits to allow alternative engineering under the Florida State construction code through our projects.
Bill Lilly – Partner
Residential Contractor and recipient of the University of Mississippi Sustainability Leadership award for a home designed & built out of recycled shipping containers. Serial entrepreneur with a diversified background in real estate investment, software development, event planning, and international consulting.
