The founding partners of the Campus TV are real estate guys. In late 2008 we came across the perfect opportunity to demonstrate the Campus TV business model in a business we knew – renovating an abandoned building. We started with zero resources and in less than 2 years we performed about $ 250,000 in renovations through creative win/win partnerships.
We documented the building up of our company as “Project 3.0” – implementing a web 2.0 open collaboration business model tthrough a 3 D real world project.
Having completed Phase 1, our historic headquarters now launches it’s second phase : open participation through this site as the Roosevelt 2.0
